Is the online check a substitute for a site visit?
No. The check shows the obligations that commonly apply to a site like yours, based on the regulations it cites. What actually applies depends on your processes, chemicals, equipment and headcount, which a site visit confirms.
How much does it cost?
The first site visit is free and comes with no obligation. We quote after it, because the right scope depends on what is actually on your floor: your processes, chemicals, machinery, headcount and what has already been done. Quoting without seeing the site usually means paying for work you do not need, or missing something you do.
Who carries out CHRA, noise and other registered assessments?
Assessments that the law reserves for registered people are conducted by a DOSH-registered assessor, hygiene technician or occupational health doctor appropriate to each one. ProSafe scopes the work, manages it and implements the controls that follow.
Do you submit to DOSH (JKKP) on our behalf?
ProSafe prepares the documentation and guides each submission on your own myKKP account, so your compliance record stays in your hands. DOSH carries out inspections and issues certificates; our job is making sure you pass.
