Safety Training in Johor Bahru

Practical, in-house OSH training built around your machines, chemicals and procedures — delivered on site in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin, around your shifts.

Overview

Training that changes what happens on the floor

Section 15 of OSHA 1994 requires every employer to provide the information, instruction, training and supervision employees need to work safely. Specific regulations add more — chemical training under USECHH 2000, hearing conservation under the Noise Exposure Regulations 2019 — and customer audits increasingly ask to see the records.

Generic slide decks satisfy the attendance sheet and little else. Operators remember training that uses their own line, their own chemicals and their own near-misses as the examples. That is how we build every course.

We train manufacturers across Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang, Tebrau, Senai, Kulai and Iskandar Puteri — on site, in the language your team works in, and scheduled around production so the floor keeps running.

Delivered your way

On-site at your premises or at a training venue, in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin, with practical exercises using your own equipment where it is safe to do so. Every course ends with attendance certificates and a training record you can show an inspector or auditor.

Who Needs This Service

Is this you?

  • Your assessments recommended training— a CHRA, Noise Risk Assessment or ERA — and it has not been delivered.
  • A customer audit asked for training recordsby topic and employee that you cannot produce.
  • Your workforce is multilingualand training in one language leaves part of the floor guessing.
  • An incident pointed to a training gap— a forklift collision, a chemical splash, an isolation that was not done.
  • You cannot release a whole shiftfor a day off-site, and need training that fits around production.
How We Help

Built on your site, not a template

Before we train, we look. A short site visit tells us which machines, chemicals and tasks the course should be built around, and which near-misses and audit findings it should answer. The examples in the room are then the ones your people actually face.

We are clear about what our courses are. They are workplace training and awareness programmes. Some roles — such as confined space gas testers and entrants, or operators of certain certificated plant — require DOSH-recognised competency certification through specific registered courses; where you need one, we identify it and arrange it through recognised providers. Fire fighting training does not confer any BOMBA certification.

Every course ends with attendance certificates and a training record by employee and topic, so the evidence is ready when an inspector or a customer auditor asks for it.

FAQ

Safety training — common questions

Is safety training a legal requirement in Malaysia?

Yes. Section 15 of OSHA 1994 requires every employer to provide the information, instruction, training and supervision necessary to ensure, so far as is practicable, the safety and health of employees. Several regulations add specific training duties — for example on chemicals hazardous to health under USECHH 2000 and on noise under the Noise Exposure Regulations 2019.

Can training be held at our factory?

Yes, and for most topics that is the better option. In-house training uses your own machines, chemicals and procedures as the examples, and sessions can be scheduled around shift patterns and production so the floor keeps running.

Which languages do you train in?

English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin, chosen to suit the group. Mixed-language groups can be split or run with bilingual materials so that operators understand the content rather than just attend it.

Do your courses replace DOSH competency certification?

No. Some roles — such as authorised gas testers and entrants for confined spaces, or operators of certain certificated plant — require DOSH-recognised competency certification through specific registered courses. Our courses are workplace training and awareness programmes; where a statutory competency course is needed we identify it and arrange it through recognised providers.

Is fire fighting training a BOMBA certification?

No. Fire fighting and fire prevention training teaches employees to use extinguishers and hose reels and to respond to a fire safely. It does not confer any BOMBA certification or accreditation on the participant or the company.

What do participants receive?

An attendance certificate from ProSafe for each participant, and for the employer a training record with attendance, content covered and any assessment results — the evidence an inspector or customer auditor asks for when they check that training under section 15 has been given.
