How much does a safety consultant cost in Malaysia?
Fees depend on the scope of work, the size and complexity of your site, and whether you need one-off support or an ongoing arrangement. A short audit or gap analysis costs far less than a full ISO implementation. We provide a clear proposal with scope and pricing after understanding your requirements — no surprises.
Does my company need a safety and health officer?
Under OSHA 1994 (as amended by the OSHA Amendment Act 2022, in force from 2024), certain workplaces must appoint safety personnel and form a safety and health committee once they reach defined employee thresholds. Whether you need a full-time officer or can meet your duties another way depends on your industry and headcount — we can assess this for you.
How quickly can ProSafe start?

Do you provide training, or only consultancy?
Both. Alongside HSE consultancy, audits and ISO systems, we provide practical safety training scoped to your industry and hazards, including CIDB Green Card induction for construction personnel. Courses are built around your operation and run around your shift patterns, and we manage the whole engagement from proposal through to certificates and records.

ProSafe HSE Consultancy is based in Johor Bahru. Site work, including assessments, audits and in-house training, covers Johor: Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang, Senai, Kulai, Iskandar Puteri, Gelang Patah and the surrounding industrial areas. Evacuation plan drawings are prepared from your floor plan with no site visit, so they are available for premises anywhere in Malaysia.
