ProSafe HSE Consultancy (Registration No. 202503290706 (003788164-X)) of Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data.

1. Data we collect

When you contact us through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or email, we may collect:

• Your name, company name and job title
• Contact details: email address and phone number
• Information about your workplace and service requirements that you choose to share, such as your industry, number of employees, site location and the service you need

This website does not keep its own database. Details you send through the contact form are delivered to our email by Formspree, and WhatsApp messages are kept in our WhatsApp account. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond and to provide our services.

The compliance check on our homepage runs in your browser. Your selections are not sent to us unless you choose to send the result to us on WhatsApp.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

2. How we use your data

3. Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers (for example, training venues or certification bodies) only where necessary to deliver services you have requested, or where required by law or a regulator.

We also use service providers to run this website and handle enquiries: Vercel (website hosting), Formspree (contact form delivery), Google (website analytics and maps) and WhatsApp (messaging). Some of these providers store data outside Malaysia. Where personal data is transferred outside Malaysia, we do so in accordance with the PDPA.

4. Data security and retention

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to cause significant harm, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner and the affected individuals as required by the PDPA.

5. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent to its processing. You may also ask us to send your personal data to another organisation of your choice (data portability). We never share your data in this way unless you ask us to. 6. Cookies and website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our pages, so that we can improve them. Google Analytics places small files called cookies on your device and collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), and the type of device and browser you use.

We use this information only in aggregate, to see which pages are useful and where visitors come from. We also count when a WhatsApp, phone, email or Google Maps link is clicked, when a file such as our checklist is downloaded, and when an enquiry form is sent, together with the button used and, for the form, which service you selected. This tells us which pages lead to enquiries. These counts never include your name, contact details or anything you write in a message. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not use advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.

You can prevent this collection at any time by using your browser's settings to block or delete cookies, or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking these cookies will not affect your ability to use this website or to contact us.

Information collected through Google Analytics is processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy, and may be transferred outside Malaysia.

7. Third-party links and embedded content

This website may contain links to third-party sites (such as Facebook and WhatsApp) and embedded content (such as Google Maps). Enquiries submitted through our contact form are processed by Formspree, which forwards them to our email. Our Contact page shows an embedded Google Map, which Google may use to set its own cookies. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.

9. Language
